Take an hour entirely for yourself.

Settle into a comfortable position, close your eyes, and allow the soothing sounds to gently guide you into a state of deep relaxation. As everyday thoughts begin to fade, you will have the opportunity to simply rest, unwind, and enjoy some peace and calm shared with others.

Everyone is welcome, whether you are new to Sound Relaxation Therapy or returning for another session.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow, or a reclining chair, so you can be as warm and comfortable as possible. You may also like to bring a bottle of water to enjoy afterwards.

If you would like to join us, please get in touch to reserve your place.
