These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by KittyHawk-Karma, operated by Kate Cameron, including one-to-one sessions, online sessions, workshops, events, retreats, organisational wellbeing services, and use of the KittyHawk-Karma website.

By booking a service or using the website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

KittyHawk-Karma provides wellbeing, relaxation, spiritual, intuitive, and personal development services.

These services are intended to support wellbeing and self-development and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice or treatment.

2. Website Use

You may use the KittyHawk-Karma website to view information, make enquiries, and book services. You agree to use the website lawfully and not to misuse, interfere with, or attempt unauthorised access to the website or its content.

The information on this website is provided for general information only. While every effort is made to keep it accurate and up to date, KittyHawk-Karma cannot guarantee that all content will always be complete, current, or available.

3. Bookings and Payment

Bookings are only confirmed once accepted by KittyHawk-Karma in writing (including e-Mail, booking confirmation, invoice or other written agreement).

Payment is due at the time of booking, or before the start of the service, unless otherwise agreed.

For workshops, events, or organisational bookings, a deposit may be required to secure the booking. Deposit terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you cancel

• More than 14 days before: full refund or transfer.
• 7–14 days before: 50% of the fee is payable.
• Less than 7 days before: the full fee is payable.

Where possible, KittyHawk-Karma may offer one opportunity to reschedule, provided the rescheduled session takes place within one calendar month of the original booking and is subject to availability.

Failure to attend without notice will be treated as a cancellation within 7 days.

If KittyHawk-Karma cancels

A new date will be offered where possible within one calendar month. If an alternative date cannot be agreed, any payment already made for that session or event will be refunded.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate booking information and for informing KittyHawk-Karma of any relevant health conditions, accessibility needs, or circumstances that may affect your participation.

For organisational bookings, the organisation is responsible for providing a suitable venue, participant support where required, and appropriate safeguarding arrangements.

6. Online Sessions

Clients are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection, and private space for online sessions.

Sessions must not be recorded without prior written permission.

7. Confidentiality and Safeguarding

Information shared during sessions will be treated confidentially.

Confidentiality may be broken where there is a safeguarding concern, a risk of serious harm, or where disclosure is required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All KittyHawk-Karma materials, resources, website content, and branding remain the property of KittyHawk-Karma.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

9. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 and the KittyHawk-Karma Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to this, KittyHawk-Karma will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or unforeseeable losses, loss of profit, loss of business, or losses arising from inaccurate information provided by a client or organisation.

Clients will remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and wellbeing before, during, and after any session or service.

11. Unforeseen Circumstances

KittyHawk-Karma is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by illness, severe weather, travel disruption, venue closure, government restrictions, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control. Where possible, an alternative date or suitable arrangement will be offered.

12. Changes to Services or Terms

KittyHawk-Karma may update services, prices, website content and these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on the website.

13. Governing Law

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
