These Terms apply to the KittyHawk-Karma website and to any enquiries, bookings, sessions, workshops, events, or organisational services provided by KittyHawk-Karma, operated by Kate Cameron. By using the website or booking, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Services

KittyHawk-Karma provides wellbeing, spiritual, relaxation, personal insight, and self-development services, including individual and group sessions, workshops, events, and organisational bookings.

Services and website content are for general wellbeing and personal development only. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice.

2. Website Use

You may use the website lawfully to view information, make enquiries, or request bookings or products.

You must not misuse the website, copy content without permission, interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that may cause harm to KittyHawk-Karma, other users, or third parties.

Website content is for general information only. KittyHawk-Karma aims to keep it accurate, but cannot guarantee it will always be complete, current, or uninterrupted.

3. Bookings and Payments

A booking is only confirmed when accepted by KittyHawk-Karma in writing, by e-mail, booking confirmation, invoice, or other written agreement.

Fees, session details, dates, locations, online access, and any travel costs will be agreed before confirmation.

Payment is due in advance or within 14 days of invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation fees: more than 14 days’ notice — no fee; 7–14 days — 50%; less than 7 days — 100% of the agreed fee.

If cancelled within 7 days, the session may be rebooked once at no extra charge within one calendar month, subject to availability.

If KittyHawk-Karma cancels, a new date will be offered within one calendar month or any payment already made for that session will be refunded.

5. Client and Organisation Responsibilities

Clients and organisations must provide accurate booking information, including access needs, venue requirements, health considerations, safeguarding requirements, and participant support needs.

For in-person group or organisational sessions, the organisation must provide a safe, quiet, suitable space and appropriate support for participants.

6. Consent and Safeguarding

Where a participant needs support to consent, the organisation or responsible person must obtain appropriate consent before the session. KittyHawk-Karma may provide consent forms or information sheets where needed.

Any safeguarding concern identified during a session will be reported to the organisation’s designated safeguarding lead or other appropriate contact.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, branding, designs, service descriptions, and resources, belongs to KittyHawk-Karma or is used with permission.

You may view or download content for personal or internal organisational use only. You must not copy, adapt, sell, or commercially use it without written permission.

8. Privacy and Personal Information

KittyHawk-Karma will handle personal information in line with UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, and its privacy policy. Information may be used to manage enquiries, bookings, services, invoices, records, and client communications.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to this, KittyHawk-Karma will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or unforeseeable losses, loss of profit, loss of business, or losses arising from inaccurate client or organisation information.

10. Changes to These Terms

KittyHawk-Karma may update services, prices, website content, and these Terms. Updated Terms apply once published or communicated.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
